does bitinstant not have the cash deposit option anymore since Dwolla got cracked down on?

that was how I was getting my coins, was the easiest and most convenient and im kind of pissed right now because I was all set to get my payment slip and had to do a double take at the screen.

If it's truly gone, anyone know a reliable service besides localbitcoins that will allow for cash ----> bitcoins?

Depends on what country you're in. Not so easy for mericans anymore.

Yes but mericans still won't be able to use it without jumping through massive hoops. The U.S. govt controls its people with money. It's a much better and cheaper alternative than troops and troops are made up of citizens. A soldier is not likely to go to the house of an elderly couple and harass them so they get a letter from the IRS instead and commit suicide. It's much more efficient.
