Hello,

I have a CPU I7 7700 4.2 and I have the following doubts:

Can I use it to mine?

Is there any program to control her temperature and work more safely?

What would be the best currency option?

Thank you

Ahh I do not have energy cost, so anything is profit for me.

I know the GPU is better and I'm already providing this, another question is whether I buy AMD 580, or Nvidia 1080 TI, I know 1080 has more power, but I saw that there are a lot more coins for AMD. If you want to leave your tip on this, thank you!

Yes, you can. Monero (XMR) coin best for your CPU. Mining program https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=647251.0
For me, gtx 1060 3gb is the best now, but that's because I do not want to change the BIOS

Yes, you can mine with your CPU Xoe i7 7700.
And no, Monero is not the better coin to mine because a lot of GPUs are minint it with very performing mining software : you will lost your money.
You to find another coin to earn money.

And check out masternode coins or high staking coins, they are well suited to CPUs and don't need any extra gear or energy to make regular income.  It beats mining these days in my opinion.  PoW is feeling a bit dated.
