While the idea in general and them paying out part of the profit when other people gamble to the Token Holders is very appealing. And also the website and Team look decent, here is why I believe it stinks as an Investment:
a) The Token at ICO (Nutz) has no cap b) The conversion into the ABP Token creates about 30% of equity held by investors. That is very low, as 70% held by Team (or who else as they don't say in the WP).
Summary: They can raise any time more money and dilute the anyways small initial percentage of the Crowd Funders...
