What will you do if the coins will remain from ICO? Burn them?
There are several scenarios, but we will talk with community about this. Draft scenarios:
1. ICO is a great success - not many tokens remains - we will burn the ones remained
2. ICO is medium success - probably burn or create a reserve for future sales rounds
3. ICO guarantees to make an MVP but there is problem with budget for scaling - we will create a reserve for future rounds
I don't think that you should be worried about the 3rd option

i ever heard similar project which has been launched since last year but TokenLoyalty brings a lot of new features and innovation that the competitor don't have.

Incent focuses on corporation solutions, we are more focusing on integration with fin-tech (banks, payment processors, POS/POC) but made into consumer layer (just click and don't bother). Incent focuses mainly on Australia at this time, has different business model. Comparing our project to Incent is like comparing boat to a car - different markets, different business model plus - the market is so huge, we do not state competition.
