I guess the only hindrance is the bad publicity of bitcoin and it's use for obtaining illegal types of porn in the darkweb+ the absence of an age verification method which is a big problem for gambling sites overall. It will be implemented the soonest. Porn sites actually earn a lot in their sites so if they will include bitcoin in their payment method, as you said, the demands for bitcoin will increase.
