10k for sure, some say by 2018, the pattern although volatile is in a constant uptrend, after the fork we will see again the strength.

Bitcoin will continue to rise even with SegWit activation but the fall in price of altcoin will not be permananet because a sizeable amount of pump is needed to be on the right track again in which the expectation is that both the BCG and SegWit fork activation will go along way in making that a possibility but after the whole scenario then some stability will be witnessed in that if there is need for further increase in price, it will then be a gradual one.

I feel that bitcoin will fall slightly between the fork on 25th and segwit 2x and in this time alts will recover somewhat, not to their previous levels but certainly some good recoveries.
