Thanks for your enquiry, the RussiaCoin BootStrap can be obtained by clicking here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1083032.0#post_Bootstrap and selecting which site you want to download from.

Shut down your RussiaCoin Wallet.  You will then need to put the bootstrap.dat file into the appdata directory, which will be something like:

C:\Users\((your computer name))\AppData\Roaming\RussiaCoin

(it's the same directory as your russiacoin.conf file)

Restart the wallet, you will need to wait - it can be an hour, it can be six or seven hours depending on the age of your computer.
