Yup, today was the day where we broke 6,000. There were a couple of weird drops right after hitting 6000, but it was probably just people who were selling at that nice ath. I think the price has potential to go higher during this btg bubble. We'll see how that goes soon. After that, it's possible that there might be a small drop of correction, or a bigger drop.

I think that we passed the $6k mark, we touched $6,1k if i am not wrong, that is a huge pump because it only happened in a few hours.
I remember that i wanted to sell 0.20 bitcoins two days ago when the price was $5,2k each bitcoin, now it is upto $6k and i am glad that i did not sold them, because i earned more than $200 because of that failed sale.
Omg, bitcoin is rising so fast at these moments.

A few people might have had sell orders at those levels, thinking that it was a kind of improbable high. Those might have gotten triggered. It is a level where you can consider booking profits. The run up during this year has been amazing.

not surprised, I've seen the price daily the past 3 weeks and we have been on an excellent streak of breaking ascending triangles. After the bottom to $5100 it was clear to me that we would try hitting $6000 again. Now that we crossed it, $7500 is next according to the current trend line, so buy any dips if you got cash is my opinion.

After 2x is beaten, $10,000 is on the line.

I saw some news sites that are posting their theories about the causes of the sudden increase in the price, I laughed a lot today because all the theories that I read about the possible causes of the sudden increase of the price did not make sense to me. Bitcoin increases in price and we have many theories and we have many analysts making their predictions.

Yes, another all time high in the history of Bitcoin! That was unexpected since we all know that a fork is about to commence several days from now, right. This just shows Bitcoin and its community's strength. Regardless of an upcoming fork and other FUDs that Bitcoin will go down, Bitcoin still goes up. Hope this trend continues until the end of this year.

Can't believe 6k got past so quickly, I expected a correction below 5300 but glad I was proven wrong!

24 hour trading volume was almost 2 billions US dollars yesterday. Amazing! Now I am pretty sure this rise has something to do with the incoming fork, investors betting on the Bitcoin to hold his own after November 1st. Wait and see.

i think the healty move up is better than pump ,becasue pump mean dump . i don't like the price change so big, anyway ,holding the bitcoin now seems is the best choice.

I noticed in the Coindesk price graph and it moves more than 280 USD in a day itself. This is actually decent bump in one day but bitcoin is volatile in nature and price will fluctuate in the chart always.
For sellers. If you have bitcoin in your wallet. Don't sell the coins all the time. You need to wait for another 2 years bro. Price may touch to 10k USD. Your holding will take you to flight.

Bitcoin is number one after all and comparison of altcoins price movement to bitcoin's is unthinkable. It is just normal for bitcoin to immediately rise 500$ because of the demand it got and the number of people using it. All people using crypto holds and trade bitcoin on the other hand altcoins are only used only by some people who invests in them mostly for the purpose of multiplying their bitcoin. It is a good day indeed for bitcoin but I would like to see a more healthier growth, most of the time when market becomes bullish price retracts afterwards our dumps.

I was one of those who remained skeptical about the price reaching 6k before the end of the month, and not only we hit this mark but we also reached a new ATH @ 6145$ according to Bitstamp. I guess I'm just bad at predicting stuff.
I wonder if we're going to see a correction on the price next week, a few days away from the fork. Should be an interesting week.

Probably too early to rejoice. Bitcoin will rise in price further but this is only a small part of what it can give to people. We can get more rights as citizens. The system is the blockchain can give us the opportunity to make any decisions in referendums. Politicians will not be able to say that it is expensive or falsify the results. If a person is working he can get a decent reward. Governments will be forced to raise the living standards in order to compete with bitcoin. And many other possibilities.
