Help, my blockchain wallet might be hacked!

Hello,

I've been logging this week to my blockchain wallet and I always see a charge like wtf

today i logged in to my account and i saw -$22 from my account I didn't EVEN sent it or even touched my wallet today till i logged in now to send some bitcoins





Please help I don't know what are those but I swear i didn't send those transactions from my account..

This really isn't much information to go off but I'd suggest you stop using blockchain.info anyway..

Try a piece of software like electrum (avaliable from electrum.org/#download) which will be a bit more secure). Also scan your computer for a virus in the process.

Can you post the addresses the coins are stored in?

Run a virus scan and use a different wallet if you dont know where the coins went and you didn't initiate the transaction yourself. Though your post history says you ae a spammer so this just looks like part of that...

Yep, the post history says it all. Be careful. This might be a well-orchestrated sophisticated scam in the making.

He apparently wants to send 3.64 bitcoins first... then struggles with strange transfers on his blockchain account. I can't help being wary when someone begs for forgiveness while offering to send $20,000 first.

Probably a trap of some kind. Whatever the case, keep your eyes peeled and and your head sober and alert when dealing with this person.

If you did not send either of those transactions, chances are that your wallet has been compromised.

Did you store your 12 word recovery phrase on your computer or cloud based storage? Does your b.info wallet use a strong password? did you have 2FA enabled?

If you did not send either of those transactions, chances are that your wallet has been compromised.

Did you store your 12 word recovery phrase on your computer or cloud based storage? Does your b.info wallet use a strong password? did you have 2FA enabled?

That wallet is already been compromised once there are uncommon transactions happen inside it then it is compromised already and most likely the 12 phrase is already been known which the best solution for now is to transfer all the remaining funds on other wallet which is more secure and I would recommend electrum instead on blockchain.Better to do it asap before its too late and those balances would be gone.

Could you link your original adress? You said you owned 3.64 BTC, but i can't find a single adress in all the transactions chains you linked to us...

Your story really doesn't check out either.

If someone would've hacked your account, he would've sent all your funds away for sure.

Im not sure there's a reason other than small amounts may be less noticeable/traceable as many people send transactions of that amount and if you have quite a bit more than that you might not notice or might not care and it'll just be used as a test to see how easy it is to get that amount out.

It does appear from your history you are a spammer. Why would you first want to sell 3.6BTC and then want to sell 8$ in but that's not really of interest as it's unnecessary information to the topic at hand here.

If a Hacker got the password then he would have wiped all the money without a penny in your wallet. I suspect their is some story behind to your thread as others too pointed out.

Phising attacks are very common yes to google and in general.
Someone who is victim to these don't normally have everything taken.
OP should have changed his wallet for something else now.

It's merely necessary to easily appease thos users who try to suggest someone is trolling rather than dismissing it and having those reporting the apparent spammer from spamming about it themselves. A while back there was a report that while someone was on holiday, the PAC for his phone number was ordered and when he got back, all his coins were gone as the PAC granted the hacker total control over his phone number.

That shouldn't be an issue for blockchain because its 2-factor only kicks in if you already know your ID and password. But if you're using password recovery via phone number with your email account, that's where the weakness is...

But mine is stranger. First some one sent coins into my wallet and then they were taken out!! Has anyone experienced this before. Why would someone send bitcoins into someones account before stealing them?

You should open a new thread on this in future.

However, that was probably a bug in your blockchain.info account. Does it show the two trabaactioms of the mistake/theft? Or did the coins just go without anything in the history.

If it's in the history, make a new  wallet on blockchain info and transfer all your coins there.

If it's in the history, make a new  wallet on blockchain info and transfer all your coins there.

Those kind of transfer usually finds in the blockchain wallet when it is hacked only. Most of them would not be noticed the exact site while they logging into the wallet with the correct URL or not. That is the biggest problem for all the blockchain wallet users.
If you have VPN added while trying to login to the blockchain it takes you to different wallet and you should confirm your browser contains TOR or not. If he does not over cross the any of this issue. You will not get any problem.
