Whatever people said, still this unacceptable from Bitterx Me and more than 1k accounts disabled without any notification and that as everyone knows not good, but who's behind that?? Just Scam?? The important thing right now all people get touch with our problems and act as a one body against such fruad exchange. hope other members in this forum understanding our problem, we get scammed guys!!

I dont know whether to feel pity for you or to join others to knock you because really, you deserves to be knocked. To have that kind of amount showed that you are not a newbie to the game and that alone tells you that leaving any of your fund on exchange site is a big no, no matter the convenience it might bring and that is where the issue comes in. Bittrex woke up one day and then disable all withdrawal unless you do your extensive KYCs and I guess its as a result of that was your account flagged for someone to have that amount of btc.
It even more annoying to see their response with so much effrontery on how creating additional tickets wont make your case faster in addition of not even giving a time frame to the end of such. I hope you can get it resolved and move one to another platform or even keep it in an offline wallets to avoid stories such as this.

Well the reasons why I left All that money there, 1# I was verified for more than a year. 2# They're based In the US and they're regulated (So didn't expect this) 3# I'm a day trader so I need to jump on trends and TA This is one of the major site i am trading and i did not knew that they would freeze your account even after verification and it is taking a really long time to get an answer from them,it looks like the paypal shit and what they used to do,freeze your account if you received any big amount and then you wont hear from them for almost a year,almost all of the cryptocurrency exchanges have shitty customer support as it would take up to three weeks to get a response from any of the exchanges,i will be following this thread to know the updates on whether they are releasing your coin or not,hope they will ask to reverify your details and release your coins.

I have been there for 2 years, and last month Bitterx disabled my account too, later on asked to apply for basic verification, then Enhanced, and get all done! Now I have an approved Enhanced account, but My Account Still DISABLED, I asked support, but said you are ok try to check now! But nothing . ... still in that state for 22 days. Now who's control Bitterx? Local US rules? ... when did that start?.. after we add our funds (2 years a go) ?... according to what? ... "Unknown Reasons". Now what we have to do? Waiting answers while our funds in that Great Exchange "Bitterx".
