POLONIEX. My ticket have not been replied for 2 weeks !

On SEP, 28,2017 my poloniex account was totally lost control because of the hacker, at this time my balance was more than $32 000, I took a ticket immediately and after 2 days my account was blocked, the poloniex supporter asked me some questions so that they can know I'm the true owner, I have given to him all my personal information as well as my trade history, after that there haven't any reply from him, his name is Andreas ( poloniex supporter ), there have been 2 weeks until his last reply ( asked me which devices I use to get access to poloniex ). Up to now I still keep trying by sending him my picture with id and current date for everyday.
I just feed so nervous and don't know why they don't even give me a reply, Is there anyone here had the same situation ? could you please give me an advise that tell me what should I do now ? I've lost all my hope and patient ! thank you very much.    
Furthermore I want to know is it work if I go to the poloniex headquarter and meet them face to face ?

Poloniex has had a lot of complaints regarding no replies. Seems there are so many tickets. If you raise another ticket you will add to the queue,especially if everyone else does the same. My query took 4 weeks but the funds were not as high as yours.

Sorry to have to inform you this, my friend, but Poloniex support hasn't been up to even the least acceptable standards for a very long time. The same can be said for Bitfinex or in fact any other exchange. Even the biggest of them all Coinbase has always been suffering complaints.

The thing here, to be sure of, before you use these exchanges, is to never ever lose your account. Double and triple check every transaction because they especially will ignore transaction mistakes.

Hope your issue is fixed. Be prepared to wait for weeks and months.

Yes, it is a good idea to comment on their reddit and twitter page. Poloniex support has been slow in replying tickets and I seen cases where users got reply after commenting on Reddit.
