No requirements as of now. You create tickets, people play them if they find them. Basically, you will need to incorporate some image management to market lottery tickets you create. |

You will be able to suggest new sports and leagues after the platform launch, but you should keep in mind that these sports should be constantly covered by at least three independent media providing sports events results.
