I am definitely "crying" right now because when I bought SIA, it was just above 105. I thought to myself at the time, hey if it even goes back to 150, I make a nice 45% profit almost. Now, I'm more than 45% in loss. I have no idea when these alts will ever recover. I think a lot of us people are completely regretting giving up our Bitcoins for alts. Sure, we did not lose much fiat value because BTC is just upping, but we lose profits, and we will lose Bitcoin Gold.

Maybe there is no need to worry. Most coins are dropping now.

I bought at 600 and sell 300 but I think I did a great decision. mostly I never sell lower tnan I bought  I rather to hold for x years but  I dont see future for this coin

I have been mining sia for a while now. I thought by it getting as low as it has done the difficulty would of dropped. A lot of miners must be mining at a loss

SIA is a good project with some future ahead. However there are two or three things that make doubt the mooning of the coin. One is the large supply, the other is the intent to use it to actually buy storage space ( if you want to use as a currency you want a stable price, not a mooning price) and the third is the competition that is already placing themselves as well.

Anyway although not climbing that much i think it will go with the alt recovery flow and even the 105 sats that was mentioned before will get a return. For my bags sake even higher:)

Price managed to stay under 60 Toshiba only for a week. That is a good sign. I do not believe we will see ti there that often in the future.

Haha Toshibas, first time for me.

But Yeah, don't worry about coins like these. Good tech that just simply need time to grow in terms of adoption and usage. People are concerned that their price now will make storage expensive using SIA but as more and more people realise the security of Sia storage, they'll come in to use it. Also, the problem that miners are co-mining Sia is temporary. So just keep being patient as miners dump it for extra income. 100 satoshi is a start in 2018, and by then 100 satoshi will be worth a lot more in fiat anyway.

It's about priorities now, and profit is priority for short term.

Bitcoin storm is here, alts are dying and we have nice opportunities like for SIA. Price at 60 satoshis, market cap at 100M, team expanding, nice roadmap ( https://trello.com/b/Io1dDyuI/sia-public-roadmap )

What price are you going to get in ?

Do you think it can go under 40 satoshis ?

Sia is going straight down to 1 satoshi when do you realize it? It is the worst alt coin ever made. I sold it as soon as I saw the asic miners that they made, very overpriced...

I was checking out some alts dropping prices yesterday and I noticed this siacoin, big market cap with decent trading volume.. I haven't studied this coin yet but I think I will buy some when price drops more.

Its next year for SC. The Obelisks miners will do the same thing the L3s did for LTC early this year.

Many SIA bag holders are waiting for the price to spike but it is not at all happening and price is kept decreasing. Even though they have good teams and a solid roadmap at least they need to carry with this price. Otherwise soon SIA coin will reach 1 sats in the market.

I think I bought a couple of Siacoin around 40 satoshis but just kept and hold them for around 7 months now. And still planning to hold on to them for a couple more months or maybe years because I think this coin have the potential to grow in the future too.

Siacoin is showing recovery in past 48 hours and I jumped on train at 64 satoshi.

I think we will a bigger recovery in next 10-15 days up to 85-90 satoshi for 40%+ profit.

I like SIA and it's relatively cheap right now, but damn, it has some serious competition going on. There are so many coins going for the decentralized storage sectors that's it's difficult to differentiate from them. Filecoin for example had this mega ICO were it raised about two hundred million, which is massive, it's backed by a great team, good technology, solid community engagement etc. How can you compete against that? I guess there is enough space for many projects in the crypto space, but I'm afraid many of the current "storage" coins will loose the value within the next years, as supply of these projects will increase and people will always come up with something better to improve. The first mover has always the advantage.

I am not worried of Sia team. No matter of any project that will gather millions, they will have serious problems to even closets gather such team and they are years behind.   Sias Marketcap is $125 millions.
