Hi All.
Before I start my subject, I know that some are going to say you are so late while others are going to encourage me and support me as well.

Anyway,  I  have two new copies for my altcoin. One as the latest bitcoin version with small modification and the second like btc v 12.1.
The second one has mining feature, while the 1st doesn't have this feature since btc developer excluded it from v 13 onwards.

I tried cgminier for solo mining with first one but it seems I missed something or it needs new configurations .

So, what is the suitable version to lunch?

I am planning to have new hosted VPS for seed servers and I might have pool for my coin.

Please provide me your comments,  also the best way to start lunching my coin.

Thanks in advance!

Maybe you should start by explaining a bit more about your coins.  What is its use case? What are the features?  What will the cap be?  No one will be able to help you unless you provide a lot more detail.

You need to put in more information about what your coin will be about, like what is going to be the real use case, what real life problem it will solve, how the coin plans to tackle the real world problem etc.

to start a new Altcoin you have to explain in more detail and give a trust to everyone and should provide a very interesting concept for, if all is clear it might be easier for you to get out of jona comfortable.

the fist step which you already missed is to create something useful. innovate!
just copying bitcoin code is not going to help you magically create a new useful thing that becomes popular. you are currently creating another altcoin in a sea of altcoins hundreds of which have done the same as you.

by the way the mining stuff was removed from bitcoin core because nobody can mine bitcoin with CPU or GPU anymore and there is no solo mining. and if you are forking like BTG and BCH you have to have that in mind because you are taking the difficulty with you.

Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip.
Whales are those who keep buying the dip.

Thanks for all comments.
I appreciate your valuable replies.
Innovation!
It is interesting and big thing.
By using new hash algorithm or by using new way.
I believe that it is a hot topic for brainstorming.

I am going to study all difficulties again to see what are people looking for?
Thanks again.

If you want to start your own Altcoin you can start right away using your own computer and your network using Geth of Ethereum platform. Source codes and complete detailed instructions and tutorials and configuration are straight from Github. You can develop your own out of it.
Some Altcoins that are rapidly came out fron nowhere were started using these open-source blockchain kit.
