it's because they(goverment) did not banning it again.
(to be exact,they're pausing everything related to Bitcoin at the moment in their country and then regulate it).
right now we can see their exchanger started to run again,
which mean every altcoins based on their location should be pumping.

Those altcoins are worthless and very sad besides bitcoin  , they should ban bitcoin instead of those altcoins. But considering bitcoin's price no one actually care about china.

Is this true?? maybe all cryptocurrency will pump if this news is legit as we all know this is the reason why altcoin and bitcoin dump before after they announce that they will ban cryptocurrency exchanges in their country.

My apologies guys. It looks like just about everything jumped today around 1700UTC when BTC took a dive. I was already hyper focused on the Chinese coins like WTC, ETP, NEO, etc but looking back it seems most everything went up when BTC went down.

I, too, have the same opinion. The Chinese government has recently decided how to limit the crypto currency in their country and make it more manual. However, apparently, there was no effective way to influence the crypto currency. And it can not but rejoice. Crypto currency successfully withstood the strongest onslaught, which has never happened before. After all, China was considered the leader in the volume of trading bitcoin and its production. If China practically returns to the same positions as before, not including a certain regulation of the crypto currency, bitcoin can celebrate its success.
