There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Yay! Alright, if going to sleep isn't gonna be an issue then i guess i still  got pretty good chances of winning Cheesy
Some clever individual is going to write a script that posts for him every 11.9 hours.

That's not a bad idea, and would be rather easy I bet. Just simulate a POST to where the form tags submit to ever few hours. Spam bots commence!

As I said in an above-post, that would be considered spam and therefore against forum rules.

I think this sort of activity slightly undermines the forums post count regulations. After all, they require X amount of posts to allow images in signatures. If threads like this were common, it would encourage more people to just throw in a useless post such as "bump" in order to get their post count up without it being "random spam."

Maybe if you specify some more strict rules to this; such as ignoring posts that are unrelated or just "bumps."

Anyway, just my 2 bitcents (play on words?)
Also I am disqualifying this post.

Good luck with it either way :-/

Oh, come on. They already have this noob forum already. It is kinda hard to get out of there if you are not very talkative and just want to discuss this-one-thing-you-have-registered-for.

Why?

because life's just too damn short to deal with everybody on earth who can't be bothered to read the destructions...

i'm not going to spend half the time between now and the heat death of the universe endlessly trying to re-post and recoup after everyone who posts like #30 - which makes my #29 no longer the last reply, and would force me to do that.

ah well.  i believe the OP has a point...
