Can you rephrase your question? It sounds like you're asking how to find a project that can be successful when it's announced? If you are you can try looking at the team behind the project, and their vision/if there's a space for their product.

DId you mean aim about the best project with pre-ann? it seems to be a difficult thing because that was just pre-ann and that doesn't provide enough information regarding the project itself.
I meant there is no whitepaper and another the more news has provided after the ann already built
