Please help me compare. Is Coinbase any good for non-USA use?

I have found it handy to have more than one wallet and have not had any issues with blockchain.info.  I keep the bulk of my coin in a standard wallet though since I'm rarely without a computer that is my own.

It's good unless you want to buy or withdraw bitcoins which is for USA citizens only, I think.

Yes, you can always send your Bitcoins elsewhere for free. Coinbase only charges for buying and selling BTC.
