Will this project replace the role of Human Resources? And if I need to pay taxes , will I be exempt? or should I proceed in accordance with the laws of my country?

If you're referring to the HR department, it has the potential to, yes. However, our approach is to make advancements progressively guided by our roadmap. We'll see what happens after a few years of PodOne being in production!

what's this project current phase now , pre-sale or crowd-sale ?

crowd sale - the ICO starts on Jan 15 2018. With some new partnerships, an MVP in development, and all the renewed interest in the US for crypto, we're really looking forward to getting this going! Come help us!
