Thank you, I know I usually try and use the priority fee on Blockchain but forgot to last night, I knew I was in trouble when i saw only a 11 cent fee.

Still no confirmations, is there anyway to cancel this and get the BTC back in my blockchain wallet so that I can resend with higher fees?

You cant cancel it, but you can use "replace by fee". Basically you will replace your low fees with your new fees. But since i dont know how to use it, maybe some people will help you with how to do that or you can just wait it until confirmed.

do other cryptos take so long for small transactions? I see ACR is accepting 60 new coins, maybe it would be faster and cheaper to use something like zcash or litecoin in the future.

Well, blockchain user are complaining about transaction been delay lately but if your transaction fee pass 10 say per byte use ViaBTC's accelerator and it smaller in size than 500 bytes you can use ConfirmTX to speed up your transaction http://confirmtx.com/https://pool.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator

No, not at all, if you put a normal to low fee on most altcoins, with most of them, it will confirm in minutes. Litecoin for example is almost instant, literally with almost any amount of fee you set. fouind If he had sent a decent fee over his bitcoin tx it would've confirmed already anyway. Now it's just waiting till the memcache clears.. Or the txaccelerator found a block.. This gives a nice overview for alot of altcoins, https://bitinfocharts.com/comparison/litecoin-confirmationtime.htmli already accelerate it, should be confirmed asap . Anyway, i recomend you use custom fee depend on https://bitcoinfees.21.co , it will help you to chose best fee for you. If you mind me asking, what txaccelerator did you use? It could've not been viabtc as the require a minimum of 10/sat pbyte...?

yeah this is ridiculous, I know its only .003 BTC but still. almost going on 20 hours and still no confirmations, I do not see how BTC will ever become a real viable payment option if transactions are going to take this long.

I use antpool prioritise transaction, sinyal OP looks like already accelerate it via confirmtx, so i accelerate it via antpool. Theres some accelerator that accept even very low fees like antpool and confirmtx Edit : seems like antpool got problem on the accelerator because it write 503 error when i want to re accelerate it again.

Ahhh... I think I've identified a potential problem... Your transaction contains a "dust" output: Some miners may not accept transactions with such small outputs... you have an output of only 0.00001295 btc. To give an idea of how small that is... your transaction, with a 5 sat/byte fee, paid a total fee of 0.00001870 BTC! So, that 0.00001295 BTC output would cost more to include in a transaction than what it is worth.
EDIT: Nope... AntPool were happy to accept it... I re-accelerated it using AntPool, and it has now been confirmed Included In Blocks 491251 ( 2017-10-23 03:33:57 + 1,562 minutes ) Relayed By AntPool

Now both the transaction has been confirmed I hope OP your issue has been solved now.
There should be have default fees in your transaction unless your transaction will be stuck due to low fees and miners will not take low fee output. If you find any issue in future you can use viabtc accelerator, pushtx or confirmtx accelerator site to do that.
Check the tx id links in the op to know the confirmations.
