[300YAC-BOUNTY] Pushpool and Mmcfe Yacoin

For now i run my pool on P2pool but i want to run a Pushpool and Mmcfe pool.

So 300 yac to the person that can fix this for me, i had someone that tried to set it up, and i tried myself but that really went in disasters :/

i plan to put the files up on github after the setup is complete, and i can confirm it's working to attract more miners and pool operators ^^,
