Hey everybody,

I just discovered http://deadcoins.com/
A nice website with all cryptotokens ever that are already dead. The list is so huuge lol. Unfortunately not complete many information missing.

And since I am new to this universe I dont know all of them but I want to try to add some information over the time to this site.

My idea is to write here in this thread about interesting coins from the past which are already dead and a small anecdote (for example biggest pump, scam, nice logo design etc)
Some small histories only so that we will collect here the history about old not existing coins. So that they wont be lost!

Would appreciate your help guys!

Would be nice if you work on compiling an up-to-date dead coins list. Also its good to remember that dead, abandoned coins receive crazy 3000% pumps out of nowhere.  Tongue

This is great. Since you have already started this, why dont you just follow  this up and compile up-to-date list like what is said. This will create awareness to those who are holding or mining coins that they dont know are already dead. With the quick emergence of tokens/coins through airdrops lately without proper foundation, Im sure in a years time well have lots of new deadcoins.

The grue lurks in the darkest places of the earth. Its favorite diet is adventurers, but its insatiable appetite is tempered by its fear of light. No grue has ever been seen by the light of day, and few have survived its fearsome jaws to tell the tale.

This is a great site and resource.
And there is NO agreed or accepted definition for when a coin is dead.
This discussion is what led me to create the CoinJanitor project.
Disclaimer: I am running this as an ICO but any feedback is appreciated.
