They are not active anymore, Looks like they totally abandoned the forum and left behind unsettled bets. Actually the site was already closed few months ago and I don't know why only now was the OP decided to action on his unsettled bet and some other user I saw with same case to him using newbie account.

Yes this could be your last option for it. If ever their e-mail is still active you can try to connect with them.
I guess it will be a hard time to contact them now. You might want to consider that funds to just flew away in the air.

I really doubt that they will pay the unsettled bets , they are already inactive and the site isn't reachable anymore
not saying that Directbet is scam , but they are already out of the business so I fairly doubt that they care about paying the pending bets

The whole closing reason wasn't obvious , so probably it's a legal thing and must likely they won't show up again to pay the old bets

"All confirmed bets stand.  They will be settled automatically at the completion of the event, as usual."

As that was in the middle of baseball season, it's logical to believe that they are planning on honoring any and all season-long MLB bets, as I believe they honored NBA bets.

There is nothing stopping any business who has decided to close down but what should happen is that they are expected to redeem all their pledges and if they fail to do that after they promised to do that, I don't think that is falling short of scam activities. We have some projects close down that gave room for users to contact them till all issues regarding claiming of liabilities and related issues are claimed before closing down finally. They did close in the middle of the season knowing fully well a lot of people would have place bets till the end of the season which means by default, their lines should be open till the end of the season and grace period after that rather than subjecting their clients to all sorts of speculations around here.

They give very long time for all unsettle bets and I sure if some one have then try to send them through email and send PM here hope they will give reply if they still able to check these all otherwise its gone because now its very long time to settle things they have no phone number because its all anonymous if some one have then surely give those who waiting for bets to settled

They already permanently erased their tracks and totally disconnected in all their attachment to their customer, I'm sure that they suffer major business loss that's why their closed happened in instant. Just wait next year, Maybe they plan to launch an ICO then paid all their debts on players. Just an instinct that they will do it and no solid proof.

I don't think they will come back next year because they close all very quickly and this same happen few other sports betting sites and none of them came back here so this same happen to this good site now just leave this and try your luck with other reputable sites hope you will recover from this lost

Unfortunately this happens in all walks of life not just gambling, casinos etc. If a company decides to officially cease to trade then they are no longer under any obligation to pay anybody anything.

It’s not morally right, in fact it’s totally wrong but there’s nothing anybody can do about it.
