Crypterium seems to be the best candidate rather than other ico. as you can see many people already joined in the crowdsale and this is the best time to participate in the crypterium crowdsale.

I would suggest looking into the ICO called trade.io.

One of the best ico i have seen in year 2017 is Ccore platform. Ccoin tokens are digital currencies, through which it will be possible to pay in online-stores for products or services. And there's no "real" answer in my opinion.

How would you define your "Best ICO"?

Is it based on the amount of money you can make in the short run? Long run?

Or on the values of the company behind the project?

All of the above perhaps?

Personally, when I invest in something (and I've only invested in one altcoin until now), I look at the WHY behind the project.

Does it resonate with my own values?

Does it have a vision I feel personally connected to?

And most importantly:

Will all people involved in the project benefit, in one way or another?

I'm a personal believer in the word UBUNTU. It literally means that "if it's not good for everyone, it's no good at all".

To put this in perspective, I have great faith in the following currency, one that:

Bottom line is, go with what "feels right" for you. ;-)

Hey, We do not want to sound biased, but our ICO is Literally at the Very End of Q4 in 2017! We have worked really hard to enable quite a few features to be ready Pre-ICO and we cannot be more happy. Lots of stuff is happening and Collectorcoin could easily be the Hottest ICO in December of 2017! Now, that doesn't mean you shouldn't check out other ICOs as well.

It is very hard to predict because the end of the year is still 2 months but I think ETH is very strong at the moment. True, the favorites are changing every day, but I'm loving them.

for this year I think the ico ongoing average is already neutral but many also ico the scam and run away from the investors for now, while the ico that I follow even loss almost 50% of my purchase value.

Actually I prefer gladius but because crowdsale is postponed and opened in 2018 so does not include criteria, I think ICO is a good centra because their sales are big and bounty signature also legit, I also chose XUC because it is very warmly discussed this year, and then I like universa although I also have not been able to predict the development of the universa.

I would say Angel Token. It is a very innovative altcoin, because it is simillar to an exchange traded fund, but the portfolio is based off of the crypto world. It is like hedging the risk if you wish to be an investor.
