Just wondering on everyone’s opinion of the best ICO before they end of 2017

New to crypto currency and was looking for advice and opinions on ICO’s

Maybe SPECTIV,its ico is happening , I also need some good views to let me join this ico or not.

Best ICO before the end of 2017 would be trade.io in my opinion.
The team is working to make it a better and successful project. It's met all goals mentioned in the roadmap so far, and it's currently raised over $19mil.

Do your own investigation. I suggest trade.io as one of the biggest ICO at the moment with clear idea and implementation. Also $20 million fund rather appealing.

I would suggest you do your own research rather than get advice from people who are clearly plugging their ICO's.

Find a ICO that you are interested in, read the white paper, look into the team, ask questions, get involved in their bounty and then maybe make an investment.

For me one of the best ICO right now is ALGORY. Actually the end is 7th of January 2018, so it is not before end od 2017, but If they do everything they have planned, it will be a hit!

Best ico for the last days should be - zilliqa, telcoin and bluzelle. The best ico of the fall was - ICON. It is already x50 before launching the mainnet. Think about it...

Well, for me the best ICO before the end of 2017 is Cappasity or AR/VR  the CAPP in symbol. They have a strong foundation since the campaign has started. They eventually have a huge investors because of a product spread through out the world. At this moment they increases up to million buys at hitbtc.

Those two are relatively under the radar. If you want to go for "safety", if that ever exists, you may want to look into GoNetwork. It looks promising enough but not in a grade that would make it too expensive.
