the process looks legit as it works on me, actually the trick is kind a unique against other adobe seller I vouch before.
It's a serial based not a email invite process as OP not recommending to sign in your Adobe Account.
Yes you will get adobe acrobat X and Photoshop CS5, this software is kind of out dated version but still works for PDF editing and Photo editing.
