Stuck transactions on blockchain

Hello everybody

I am new to posting, but I am having a major problem with transactions on ethereum and waves blockchain
 I have used airdrops and was rewarded couple of times, but I have not received coins as my wallet site (coinpayments.net) does not support inputting new coins or contract addresses, decimals and etcetera.

So my question is this...do I have a solution, or i can just give up on them coins    SMBDY PLS HLP
