Even news sometimes can even fail us depending on the news anyway. Nothing is predictable when it comes to trading and even when you analyse, it can only give you some pretty good idea about the possibility of what could happen next. If we can always predict right, no one would even be trading, cause there would be no one loosing and as long as there is no one loosing, there is apparently no one winning.

Again, its really hard to predict if the market will fall or crash today. But it looks like there's another correction prior to October 25. For me its a normal process that bitcoin market undergoes. We still have a few days or hours before the looming fork, maybe investors are afraid of it or they are simply cashing out because the last few days we are reaching the highest price ever. And if ever the price will crash today, it will be just temporary and bitcoin will recovery again. No need to worry, just hodl on your coins and relax. And no need to panic sell as well.

Sometimes the price corrects itself and readies for consolidation. Once the momentum has build up, it will march towards another bullish market just like we see today and yesterday. And regarding your other question, the crypto markets depends on supply and demand and speculation. If there's a good news on the way, then the price will go up. And if there's a negative news like what the China news last month, the price will dive. No rocket science here. I think I don't need to explain supply and demand, it is a basic tenant in our economic class.

Well, the blood has been huge on the street for some days now and we still do not know if there is going to be more blood before the next fork. There are some situations that can be predicted, most especially situations like the pre-forks, however, it is a market that is very volatile and no one really knows what is happening.

Presently, bitcoin seems pretty neutral on the chart, and we can only predict based on what we can see at the moment, which sometimes don't even tend to be right.
