New Window Dowload of Armory--Failed to spawn?

Hi all,

 I am a newbie to this world of bitcoins (better late than never)! I attempted to set up the Armory wallet yesterday. I can only access an offline version. However, it says "Failed to spawn the DBI" and to check the dbLog.txt for more info. I have no idea what this means! I purchased a small order of bitcoin that confirmed this morning and it was suppose to go to the Armory wallet address for receipt of biocoin. I can't confirm this occurred so not sure where the bitcoin is at the moment! This makes me very nervous!

 Can someone help me through this in plain language? I don't know where to start! The online version of the Armory wallet will not open--not sure it was created?

It cannot start ArmoryDB.exe, a background task it needs to analyze the blockchain. Post armorylog.txt for further assistance.
