How to Raffle:
You pick one spot, each spot represents a possible character that a mined blocks seed ends with.
Once raffle is full we select a block that will soon be mined and that is the block that determines who wins.
Once selected block is mined we check it's seed and whichever character shows as the last one decides who wins!

Not sure if we'll be able to fill this so I have a few ideas and would let you guys (the ones with tickets) decide on how you'd like to proceed.
1) I'll take the last 6 tickets and in case I win I keep the items. Otherwise the winner gets it.
2) I'll refund every ticket and we move on.
3) You'll swap these tickets for tickets in my other raffle for a silver coin. Up to you guys.
