It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Atc coin mining is very difficult because right now we dont know the exact source code thats why we cant mine atc coin but my friend atc mining is possible in future because mr jewaria is doing tough work on that.For more information regarding atc coin pls visit below
