if it was an airdrop, it would be free
if it was an ICO, it would be a smart contract.
therefore it's neither of those and probably a scam.

Even if you recieve an 'airdrop' after sending the ether, you're basically being given worthless (for now) coins. Scam either way, imo

I just imagined how much this guys would make if 1,000 or 2,000 people should be sending 0.003 ETH, which is around $0.90 per 0.003 ETH.
it got me thinking and i decided this is another way of SCAMMING people.
