Each user can offer his article. It can be a teaching article, advice on mining or trade, anything. You can offer your unique articles or links from other sites. We will publish them with the attribution.
The main feature is that each action will be rewarded with tokens. Our tokens are created on the platform Waves for test. It’s called ScoutsToken (ST). Total Number is 1000000, reissuable.
