What do you think about Blockrx?

What can you tell about blockrx dot com project/coin? they don't have a thread in this bitcointalk forum, went to search and found nothing about them.
They have a whitepaper, but their website doesn't have a secure website feature!

I connected with them through 21.co and spoke with one of the co-founders and they seem to have a great platform and partnerships. Essentially their token will become the price of patient data by pharmaceutical companies. They do not seem to be a typical [Suspicious link removed]pany, as they are very good at the business side (large partnerships in place), but are not on top of the top channels for reaching ICO investors. They are offering deals to larger investor groups, and we are putting a buying group together for their token (50% discount to the listed price). As BlockRx is supposed to deal with jutting companies involved into pharmacy industry, it is really tough! Its development can inherently make life of all easier and better, because everyone consumes various medications to stay healthy and live long.

I have no previous experience about the project, but not getting involved in bitcointalk yet show they are not willing to pre advertise it much.
