Hello,

I have transfered some hundreds EUROs to MtGox via SEPA transfer at the day of the crash.

It still is not in my account although MtGox has resumed trading.

At the moment I have no access to that money:
I can neither buy bitcoins nor can I withdraw it to my bank account.

Is MtGox hijacking my money?
What about SEPA transfers of other (european) people made shortly before the crash?
@People outside europe: Do your Dwolla funds arrive at MtGox?

Hi,

SEPA transfers are still handled. Please contact info@mtgox.com and include your withdraw reference for details.

Hello MagicalTux,

thanks for the quick response.

I did write to info@mtgox.com:

"Our help desk is experiencing unusually high traffic currently. We regret to inform you that you will experience some delays (currently 48-72 hrs) in us getting back to you."

I have to wait TWO or THREE days!
In order to get a feedback.

Why do you not just release the money from your (french) bank account into MtGox for verified accounts?

Which bank did the SEPA transfer? Some banks are known of not completly sending the message as well. That way, identification may take a while since it has to be processed manually.

Hello,

I'm new in this forum, but not new @MtGox.

In the past I have done several SEPA transfers - with  similiar amounts of money.
And - yeah Mt. Gox - it worked well. I received the money at the MtGox account within 3 to 4 days.

But now it takes more than double the time.

https://support.mtgox.com/home (June 21, 2011)
"We have been receiving reports of severely delayed withdraws to countries in the SEPA region. It appears that the volumes of transactions being handled by our bank in France is exceeding our daily limit, which seems to be holding things up. We are working to get these limits raised both for our daily/weekly/monthly volumes. We apologize for any delays in processing."

That does look like amateurs!

I getting pissed off!

Is there any other "european citizen" waiting for a EURO bank transfer executed at the time of the crash?

Hi,

I'm waiting for my money (several hundreds Euro) since June 13th. Opened first ticket at 19th June, the day of the crash. Since today no response from MtGox.
Can anyone confirm that this "French"-bank is in Egypt and not in France? Should I start to worry ;-)

Greetings
Enrico

No, this French bank clearly isn't in Egypt. How could that even be the case when the IBAN starts with FR?

Besides, adding funds using SEPA transfers still works pretty quick for me. I've added funds a couple of times (before and after the crash) and they showed up in my account in less than 24 hours after initiating the cash transfer.
