I've had a break from using this account for a few months and when I've returned, I've noticed that my activity is following my posts tho it has stopped before the break.

EDIT: Jumped to 117 with this post.

Yes, it's intended. When you have potential activity it will rise with every post. When you post in a new period you will then have the possibility to collect another 14 which is what you did and it will rise until you have collected it all.
