Same story here, haven't heard or seen any BTG from Bittrex yet.

That's because there is no actual bitcoin gold yet so your coins will not be credited until it goes live. What people are trading on some exchanges are just IOU's and these can't be withdrawn until the coin has been launched.
No wallets, blockchain not ready, impossible to mine (it seems?), so, BTG was a scam finally?
Wasn't the BTG blockchain supposed to be live already? Anyone know when that will happen? I suppose Bittrex will distribute the BTG once the blockchain goes live?
You are right. I don't think there is a wallet which has given Bitcoin Cold to the Bitcoin holders. Because blockchain is not live and there is no wallet they can you use to access to Bitcoin Gold.

If you're talking about BTG fork, apparently, they also plan on releasing a forked version of Electrum for BTG, so you can follow pretty much the same process... get BTGElectrum, import private keys, send BTG to exchange, dump for free $$$
