Hi everybody, I'm really worried about the Poloniex exchange. About 1 day ago, I asked for level 2 verification in order to withdraw some ETH. I received very quickly an error message saying that verification session is expired. I tried to pass verification again but constantly got a message stating that the session is expired. Given that the matter was urgent, i sent a ticket to the support. I have not been contacted by the support team and still cant pass level 2 verification. Did someone have the same problem?

What browser are you using? This could be a cookie problem as poloniex uses a lot of them. Make sure your browser allows cookies by default and try clearing your cache and cookies. Of course this could also be from them but from the looks of it you're the only guys who are experiencing this so most probably the problem lies in your side.

Make sure that your message is concise and easy to understand--make it short as possible and should be followed by proofs e.g. screenshots because poloniex is known for their slow support as well and there are many who got ignored and waited for months but there are guys who got a response after they sent a new mail and revise it as i told earlier.
