I'm prototyping some 3D printed GPU mounts (singular GPU) - my own design (not the one from thingiverse!)

I'm not sure on prices atm but i can do them in most colours (PLA atm)

Would anyone be interested?

Hi, what's the temperature rating of material in use ?

The plastic melts at around 190 degrees celcius. If your GPU gets that hot you have a problem Wink

Yup, 3D printing is new for me, but PLA remain 'rigid' up to 55-60° (so called glass transition temperature).

From what i have read online and experinced with my prototype - the plastic is fully capable of safely running as it is however i will be annealing the model to heat seal and increase the strength.

Been running my RX 480 in an unannealed print since posting this and not had any issues with deforming or anthing.

I have redesigned it to make the base stronger a bit longer so that i shouldnt need any additional support on the rear of the cards (however will still include it)

Still not decided on price - the main cost is the time take to print one.

offers?

i have a 3d printer and would like to print a few ... i cannot see your pictures at this time for some reason ... the ones i would print would not be for sale as i do not beleave in stealing another persons creativity... but i do understand if you would not like to release the .stl file

Looks nice! I'd buy some but I live in SE Asia so shipping cost would kill all the fun. Would too appreiate an .stl file, if possible.
