Who is sending bitcoins today?

Everyone is worried about BTG fork and everyone is telling that donot spend bitcoin atleast 2-3 days.
But then I got a question if everyone is protecting their money then how the bolcks are hapenning after the hard fork?
Who are those people transacting after the fork?
Are they dumb?Or they donot care about their money?
Lastly if no one transact after fork then how blocks will happen??
who will losses money there if replay attack happens?

I don't think that's going to happen. Now everyone keeps their own bitcoins and forks. Look at the price of BTG on the stock exchange today
