Selling my Steam account with 60 euro balance ( loaded with paysafecard )

So i wanted to buy a steam gift card from steam ( to buy btc from paxful or localbitcoins ) but i found out i can't buy directly from steam.Too late i loaded my steam wallet with 60 euro using a paysafecard , and i am stuck with this account that is useless to me.So i want to sell it.60 euro is 70 usd.
The account is brand new , the email i used is brand new too.
Price is 60$ in btc.
