Can you clarify when Omnia's office will work fine? Explain the situation in brief: 14.12.17 bought a contract, it is written that payments begin after 14 days. In the beginning I could not register the Bitcoin purse, the support decided this question for several appeals) Now on the payments: in the office it is written that payments are made every Monday. I miss payments on 18.12.17 and 25.12.17 (since 14 days have not passed since the moment the contract was purchased) and so the payments should be on 01.01.18, 08.01.18 and 15.01.18 I wrote many times to the support service.
