It is not scam, it is a legit and wll known site, it is just the person who make this topic hoping to get referral rewards by posting that link here.

The downsite is that person don't explain that you must have 300000 satoshi to make a transfer to your wallet during a certain day each week, you can do other method of transfer but it will cost money.

This is what the most scammers do. It is their old yet effective move. LOL I am sure some of the newbies will fall on this kinds of tricks. Hoping to get free in a world of crypto is almost impossible.
