Me and a few of my friends would like to raise some extra cash by selling our ,,KYC'' documents, one picture of a document and the other with the person holding that document.

My question is if selling it here is legal (won't get banned).

And what could be the price?

You will be basically helping other members using identity of someone else? The first rule here should apply in your case because this is clearly not something legal, regardless of the country.

Are kidding me? Even on others jurisdictions it's illegal. Selling someone's identity could lead you into serious trouble my friend. Don't do that. If your identification documents came at the wrong hands. They can use it for something illegal. As the other said above. They can use your identity for illegal activities like money laundering, they can use your identity for scamming  attemps and other illegal activities. Authorities will come after you because you let someone use your identity for illegal activities. That's a messed up situation you don't want to be involved with.

Don't do that because you're gonna regret it.

Somehow I don't believe he'll sell his own selfies, but someone else's. And that's the risk of sending digital copies of documents: whoever gets their hands on them, can use them too.
For that reason I always write something on it before sending them, like: "LoyceV October 25, 2017, to be used by Bitcointalk.org only". This way nobody can use the same picture 2 years later on a different website.

It's also possible that its fake e.g. edited as the customers can't confirm if the documents are valid or not unless they have some kind of authority. If there are frauds even on legal transactions, what more if its on illegal ones? Thats a nice idea although some companies doesn't require it thats why I'd always made sure that my documents are safe with them and in case something like security breach happens, they will be subjected to the laws. Don't just give your personal documents just because they asked

Legal or illegal into forum rules this kind of act is in no doubt illegal. Come to think off you are using other documents and faces just to make pass on KYC policies? This kind of transactions would possible to make mess later on depending on the certain person on where he would use those stuff either on good or bad. Better to find another earning ways than on this one,it would be a bad idea for me.

Even on just common sense you would really able to say that this stuff is indeed illegal. Using other documents or identity is not really legal on any way.You would potentially put up yourself behind bars if things would get messed up.This is a serious crime if you do make use it on illegal stuff too.

That's exactly what I was thinking about. No one would be stupid enough (regardless of them being in need of money) to send a complete stranger a selfie and connected documents, with very high chances that potentially (aside from the fact that it's illegal by law) would land him into deep problems. That being said, the chances are also pretty high that the selfies and documents have been bought from dark net markets, which can never mean anything good. It's basically always the same -- when you see someone refer to his friends or family to do this or that, or be in need of something, there is always something going on that isn't right.

Don't know it's legal or not, but for me your idea sounds bad. It's not worth to sell your identity to get few bucks. First of all, it's document falsification. Secondly, people who don't want to upload their documents probably have something to hide and they may be not legit. Your identity may be used for a bad things and then you can get into serious problems. Do you think that big risk is worth the money that you will get?

Are you sure you will be selling KYC documents that arent stolen? Identity theft is a big thing on the internet and its very easy to buy stolen documents and ID on the darknet.

Are you planning on buying some there to sell here in the forum?

I am not sure if selling you're personal details is allowed or not but you shouldn't be doing it its not safe, you never know for what purpose your documents are going to be used for there are better ways to earn you can try doing some other service.

It's so hilarious for your friends and you to sell your KYC since for the few bucks all of your sold KYC identities might get a serious problem in future. And maybe you shouldn't do that since I think its not allowed to do so and it's best for you that to find another opportunities like joining on sig campaigns. And just think seriously since your plan to earn by selling is super risky and future disaster will came if you will push to sell one's identity.
