A newbie is not allowed to join bounty campaigns as per the campaign terms, minimum rank must be a junior.
If you have good audience on your media profile, i hope Torra will grant you but you should message him personally first.

For newbies, if you want to help this project then you can invest a little amount (Pre ICO with 100% bonus is still active) as you are not allowed yet in bounty campaign.

Yeah giving an opportunity is great thing,  also we all are newbies when we joined this forums, but we need to control spam ourselves.

Also the signature rate will be low for them so this might not cause a problem. but some newbies they do and don't follow forum rules.

First stage of Bounty start 7 november and will last 21 days.
So last day of Bounty will be I think 28 of November.

Because this campaign does not stipulate that people with negative beliefs are not involved. I'm still very angry with it.

I think the dev team wants the pre- to conclude first before making the stats available to us. But it would have been nice also to have a progress report.
