Accodrding to satrum posts from ann thread the team collects applications for participation at the pre-sale. In 1-2 weeks they will start to gather contributions.

I think when they gather enough information about investment that have been done already and when some data about benefits which the largest investors have got appear, then those who have subscribed to it, will get messages. It looks like devs are hurried a little with the crowdsale. IMO it would be much better if they have prepared everything before the presale. But on the other hand we have to take into consideration that this is only pre-sale.

For newbies, if you want to help this project then you can invest a little amount (Pre ICO with 100% bonus is still active) as you are not allowed yet in bounty campaign.

Your suggestion looks like arrogantly, how can they invest when they are new to the forums. When I was here nothing was in my wallet, but now Ive had them through bounties.

This is an extremely unreasonable decision! if the project is weak then it makes sense to immediately sell tokens. There is another question. Why participate in a weak project ?? This does not apply to Sintez
