I am too looking to become this community manager as it would be first time, however thought to take only social media campaigns, since it is a hard work and have to maintain more things including personnel life in real world.
I will contact to the Roman Sintez soon if he wanted to hire then its good for us.

+1. It's quite hard work to be proper community or bounty manager. IMHO any project should have two separate persons for these positions.

I do not agree with you. This work is for one person. I am engaged in promotion of projects. One person for communication on the forum is enough.

Does it really matter 1 or 2 managers? As long as the task is done efficiently, and objectives are achieved. But in this case I would say an extra hand is needed to make the work more effective.

A manager is not enough to communication these types of project. It is not possible to manage it alone all sides of project.
