What brand of RAM are on the Evga and Gigabyte 1060's and what hashrates were you able to get them to?

How do i figure out the RAM brand? With EWBF, I was able to get around 250 and 300 sols/s with overclocking and underpowering. Definitely not optimized as I don’t have the time or know-how to do it. Got the settings from someone else online.
