BitMatch is a Network and Platform formed to provide near-instant Bitcoin, Altcoin and diversified currency conversion with the maximum level of consumer protection and efficiency. Users can choose to create accounts to establish a Platform UserID, used simply to allow a user FIAT Currency Exchange (Coming Q3-Q4 2018 with OMG's DEX - Only BitMatch Accounts will have FIAT Enabled for starters) and/or reduced fees when exchanging (BIM Token), though any user can opt to remain anonymous and choose not to provide private personal information as well as use our Network without any account registered. This keeps the users safe from identity or financial theft – a critical improvement in exchange technology. Using Plasma & OmiseGO's Decentralized Exchange, we will able to be the first Instant Exchange Platform allowing P2P FIAT Exchanges with/without Cryptocurrency Involvement, as well as keeping service fees extraordinarily much lower than competing services, and only a little higher than that of a normal transaction cost on the Bitcoin and Ethereum Networks.

When using BitMatch BETA (Pre-OMG DEX), users simply specify the currency they want to exchange and where to send the exchanged coins to. BitMatch will then match the transaction(s) of the user with (an)other user(s) transaction(s), effectively holding funds in Escrow Smart Contract (Public Audit and Bug Bounty). The exchange rate used by BitMatch BETA is derived from several market sources and will fluctuate with price, regardless of the volume traded. BitMatch Alpha is in the works, and we will soon ask BitMatch Community Members to apply for an Alpha Position (Not a rewarded position).

The Profit Share part of the BitMatch Network, and the utility of the BIM Tokens, is simple; every single part of the profit made by BitMatch, both transaction fees and otherwise, will be distributed equally per quarter, with each BIM Token representing 0.000005% of BitMatch Profits, to BitMatch Token holders. This is both to keep the BitMatch Network truly decentralized, as well as keeping the BIM Tokens legally Howey-Test Secure (meaning that the tokens are not classified as securities). The BitMatch Developer Team will at all times have half of the total supply of BIM Tokens (10/20mil), and the BIM Tokens held by the Developer Team will never leave the original wallet, as they are merely there to represent the 50% of Profits that BitMatch Developer Team keeps from the Network's Operation, as well as to ensure legal compliance. This means that there is, in reality, only 10mil BIM Tokens available for trade on the market at any time. Apart from being a Profit Share Token, BIM also serves the purpose of allowing Token Holders reduced fees when utilizing the BitMatch Network (% reduction scales to the amount of tokens held).

We have decided to give out 2.500.000 BIM Tokens, 12.5% of All BitMatch Profits, as a part of our promotional Airdrop & Bounty Campaign. 2.000.000 for the Airdrop, 500.000 for Bounties. This is simply due to the fact that we want to further our reputation, as well as have already established token holders available once BitMatch ALPHA and later BETA opens, in order to prove our transparency and functionality, as well as hopefully create excitement and buzz around our project in the months to come, leading up to our ICO and Full Platform & Network Launch. We estimate this Airdrop & Bounty Campaign to be valued at around $2.5 Million, as we hope to raise $7.5 Million from our ICO in 2018 from the remaining 7.500.000 tokens which we'll sell at $1 (0.00665 ETH @ Current Price) a piece at ICO nearing Full Platform Launch (excluding developer held tokens). If the token trading price of the airdropped BIM Tokens exceed the value of $1 before our ICO, then we'll automatically scale our ICO Token Sale Amount to a level where we'd *only* receive $7.5 Million from the Crowdsale, i.e. if the token is valued at $2, then we'll only sell 3.750.000 BIM Tokens to achieve our $7.5 Million funding goal, and then the rest of the tokens would be burned. We really do not believe in outrageous ICO efforts raising multiple hundred million. We have set our goal, and we do not require more funding then that.

The Airdrop Campaign will work in the following way; over a week long period (may be subject to change), as many people as possible are allowed to apply for the airdrop. After the week is over, applications will close down, and we'll take multiple days to verify that all applications are real and authentic, weeding out any duplicate and fake ones. Once we have a list of verified applicants, then we'll distribute the 2.000.000 evenly to every single real applicant of the airdrop, ensuring that we build a community of individuals whom don't just sell the tokens at first chance, but rather a committed group that we hope will help us further our ideas and reach.
