It's strange to make bounty and present Whitepaper the same moment with ICO starts.

We don't find it strange in the slightest, as we're not focusing on any marketing except trying to build a community out of Bitcointalk users for starters. Once marketing ramps up, then that's when we want to attempt to grab the interest of reddit, medium, steemit etc users. We are at an early stage, and we don't want to market a product that won't be fully available until roughly 3 quarters of a year, though we are looking for early adopters and feedback.
Also, it's not when the ICO starts, but nearing the time of the ICO. This means that marketing efforts will start around the time of the BETA, building up to our ICO.Oh, comon, it is the same people you can catch from here in there in the same theme.
Feedback is nice thing, but if you are giving something to the person for free this feedback is not very useful)
